Happy Sunday Titans,

I've decided to write a few words of encouragement for anyone who needs it. Even though I'm a busy bee, I felt compelled to!

I'm having a hard time with 'time management'. When I first started this blog I wasn't as busy as I am now, so I was able to post weekly. As much as I am content with me now I wish I could just have the time to utilise this space. So I guess this is the fashion that I can maintain, short letters.

Self Growth 

One important thing that will always work in your favor is working on your self growth. Success starts within. Many people are scared of success, I was too. Signs of this are lack of goals, fear of loosing yourself, fear of criticism, fear of the spotlight, fear of backlash, fear of not being good enough, fear of change, fear of expectations... among many things. I hope you don't fear success, and that your self growth journey is pure. I hope that you reach you highest form.

Worth 

And your self growth journey should influence your self worth. Thers so much outside influence that can negatively influence your self worth. I have a list of affirmations I recite every morning before I start the day, Ive seen how powerful the words you say to yourself are. The way my life has drastically changed just because I fully understand my sense self worth is overwhelming. May you find your worth within. So that when outside influence attacks, you know your truth.

My Truth

Everyone's truth is specific to them. So spending time with yourself and having a sense of self awareness is key to finding your truth. No one will do it for you. Others can only see the external, but you know what happens internally. As you find your truth may you find the courage to change.

Change

Change is scary!

But the beauty in change is that two paradoxes (if that's a word) can be true at the same time. You could be happy and healing all at the same time. I remember the steps that brought me to this point of my life, I was terrified and excited all at the same time. But that big change was all it took to unlock a different chapter. I was stuck in the 'in betweens' as I used to call them.

In Betweens

I used to believe in betweens. I don't any more. I believe every passing moment is a destination. I hope you don't mistaken your season of waiting as life 'in between'. I was there, I paused alot of things because I was waiting for something specific to happen. In your season of waiting life must go on! You are here now, make full use of it so that you will fully be able to say that you'll be ok if it happens and if if doesn't. Its a powerful place to be.

This Chapter 

For me this new chapter is filled with happiness, peace, impact and success. I don't romanticize pain, suffering is not an achievement. I'm creating a life that I love. And as the statement in that one movie goes:

"She found God in herself and she loved her fiercely"

My hope for you, Titans,  is that as you grow you find your worth and your truth. I hope that you won't fear change. I hope that you you don't mistaken your seasons of waiting as life in between and that whatever chapter your in you don't fear success.
